About Us

E G Mellor & sons was first established in 1952 by Eric G Mellor and is now run by two of Eric’s sons Glenn and Nigel, who both joined the family business on leaving school. Both brothers are fully qualified plumbers and heating engineers, they also ensure that any employees or sub contractors are fully qualified in their respective fields.

We work with the private sector, various housing associations and regularly undertake local authority work

We have extensive knowledge in creating disabled facilities, adding extensions, creating loft conversions and renovations on any type of property including listed buildings.

Our aim as a company is to ensure that we continue to offer expert advice to our customers backed up with detailed specifications and quotations.
